Player Check-In

Now you can skip having to wrangle players to manually sign in prior to an event. Keeping track of pens and sign-in sheets are also no longer necessary. StatMonsters has simplified the process by allowing you to safely check in players using any device you wish.

To start, log into your StatMonsters account and click the green Player Check-in icon on your Marshal dashboard. 

Below is your Player Check-In screen:

First, select the division and team name. The Players on this Roster will appear below.

If you’d like to verify that each player on the team’s roster appears on the team’s USAH official 1T, click the blue View button on the far right.

Note: If the link for the 1T has been left blank, notify the team manager to update it.

To check in a player, tap the blue Check-in button to confirm.

Once a player is checked in, the marshal’s name, date and time is recorded. Click the green Undo button if you wish to reverse it.

If a player needs to be added to a roster, contact the team’s team manager to add that player.

Once you’ve checked in all the players, you can either select another division and team, or return to your Marshal dashboard.
