Q: How do I create a StatMonsters account and access my Dashboard?

A: To get started, click on https://Team.StatMonsters.com

 Once you login, your Dashboard will resemble something like this:

 

Q: My activation email has not come yet. What should I do?

A: Our outgoing emails are routed through a relay server which ensures that everything coming and going out of StatMonsters.com is safe and virus free. Unfortunately, sometimes this can cause a delay of as much as five minutes. If you haven’t waited five minutes yet, please give it a few more minutes. Be sure to check your Spam folder, too. If after five minutes, you have not received your activation email, contact us at info@statmonsters.com, and one of our support Monsters can activate your account for you.

 

Q: How do I add or edit a team?

A: From your dashboard, click on Get Started – Add a Team. You can come back and edit existing teams under My Teams by clicking the edit icon (far left). Be sure to hit the Save button to record your information.

 

Q: How do I add team contact information?

A: After you’ve added your team(s), click on Manage Contacts on your dashboard. Be sure the correct team is selected under My Teams. Click Add Contact. Come back and make changes at anytime by clicking the edit icon. Be sure to hit the Save button to record your information.

 

Q: How do I register for a tournament?

A: After you’ve added your contact information, click on Tournament Registration on your dashboard. Be sure the correct team is selected under My Teams. Click Register for a Tournament and select a tournament.

Under My Registrations, you will see all of your tournament applications that are active. Your host club will update the status of each column when they have received and reviewed your submissions. It may take a week or so for a payment to be received.

Q: How do I add players?

A: After you’ve registered for a tournament, click on Manage Players on your dashboard. Be sure the correct team is selected under My Teams. Click Add Player and enter or copy player information from another team, and Save your information when complete.

Come back and update player information at anytime by clicking the edit icon (far left). Be sure to hit the Save button to record your changes.

 

Q: How do I upload my USA Hockey IT roster, team photo, or club logo?

A: After you’ve added your players, click on Manage Files on your dashboard. Be sure the correct team is selected under My Teams. Click Add New File, enter a brief Description and select Upload Type.

Choose a file to upload from your device or enter a URL. Click Save when complete.

Come back and update files at anytime by clicking the edit icon (far left). Be sure to hit the Save button to record your updates.

 

Q: How do I make a deposit or full payment for a tournament?

A: Once you’ve registered for a tournament, you will see green payment buttons under My Registrations where you can either make a Deposit or Full Payment. Select either option and click the Pay By Check button to indicate Check Sent status. Add a comment for the Host Club if necessary and hit the Save button.

Note: If you make a Full Payment, both green payment buttons will disappear and you can skip the Deposit step all together.
